What is energy efficiency?

Energy efficiency is becoming a major part in our lives, and as a result the heating industry has changed dramatically.
Not only does this have a positive input on the climate change and co2 emissions it will also save you money!!!!

Boilers account for around 60 percent of all domestic co2 emissions. Using a high efficiency condensing boiler with heating controls could save you between £190 and £240 a year- whilst also significantly cutting your homes co2 emissions.

As of April 2006 the law changed and as a rule we can now only fit condensing boilers. However the market is vast and we at South East Gas Services only install top brand boilers that last!!!!

Services we offer

Landlord gas certificates
As a landlord you are required by law to have all gas appliances within the dwelling checked annually.

Breakdowns
There is nothing worse than having no heating in the winter or no hot water when needed. We offer a 24 hour call out service 365 days a year

Gas leaks
If you suspect there is a gas leak or have been disconnected by Transco. We have the equipment to trace and repair any leak within the dwelling

Installations
We can install every type of gas appliance whether it is a cooker or full central heating installation
We only use the market leaders that are proven for reliability

Servicing
gas can be dangerous and it is vital your appliances are checked annually to keep yourselves safe and free from harm- we offer a complete system check not just the gas!!!!
